Product Introduction

Biomass Disposal Plant
Biomass processing technology and equipment provide a reliable energy supply for biomass cogeneration plants.
Biomass combined heat and power plants, also known as biomass CHP plants, use biosolids to generate electricity and a significant amount of additional, efficiently utilized heat. To ensure a smooth combustion process, the material must be mechanically pretreated to achieve a homogeneous, impurity-free material. We also offer equipment for storing, metering, and conveying a variety of materials. You will receive an XRIDO system for personalized fuel feeding and pretreatment, perfectly tailored to your application.

Biomass Pellet Production Process:
1. Pre-crushing: Use a wood shredder/crusher to break down large materials such as wood blocks, tree roots, and furniture scraps into smaller pieces.
2. Fine Grinding: Use a single-shaft shredder/wood chipper/crusher to pulverize the raw materials into 3-5mm wood chips suitable for feeding into the pelletizer.
3. Drying: Most raw materials have a high initial moisture content (30%-60%), requiring a drum dryer/airflow dryer to reduce the moisture content to 8%-15% (the optimal pelletizing range). Drying is crucial for ensuring pellet quality and yield!
4. Screening/Magnetic Separation: Remove impurities, metal, stones, and other foreign matter, improving pellet purity and equipment life.
5. Pelletizing (Core Step): Use a biomass pelletizer (ring die/flat die pelletizer) to compress the wood chips under high temperature and pressure into dense, uniform pellets.
6. Cooling: Freshly pressed pellets are hot (approximately 80-90°C) and soft. They need to be cooled to room temperature in a pellet cooler to reduce moisture content, enhance hardness and strength, and facilitate storage and transportation.
