Single-shaft shredders for domestic waste are environmentally friendly equipment commonly used to process household waste. They are primarily used to coarsely shred or reduce the volume of large, irregularly shaped household waste (such as plastics, rubber, fiber, wood, cardboard, and mixed kitchen waste) for subsequent sorting, recycling, or reuse.
