Waste Wood Disposal Process:
1. Pre-shredding (shredding): Use a twin-shaft shredder or wood crusher to initially shred mixed waste or wood components (such as furniture and wood blocks) to reduce volume and improve subsequent sorting efficiency.
2. Magnetic separation/air separation/screening: Separate metals, plastics, and inert materials, while screening out high-calorific-value organic combustible components (including wood chips, paper, and plastics).
3. Fine crushing (optional): Use a single-shaft shredder to reduce the screened combustibles to smaller sizes for easier shaping or blending.
4. Drying (optional): Reduce moisture content and increase calorific value.
5. RDF molding (optional): Use a briquetting machine, pelletizer, or other equipment to compress the crushed combustibles into RDF pellets or rods. 6. Storage and transportation: Used for combustion in cement kilns, power plants, and other applications.
