Domestic Waste(MSW) Disposal Plant
Treatment of often problematic waste requires well-thought-out, sustainable processing solutions.
Do you want to efficiently process your waste and reintegrate it into the material cycle? We offer complete processing equipment for this purpose. Our solutions allow you to collect various materials upon receipt, store them, remove impurities, shred them into high-quality products, and transport them. To achieve all this, We offer a range of equipment, including powerful pre- and post-shredders, metal separators, conveyor belts, and screening and separation units. The material flow is gradually separated into its various components and processed as needed. You benefit from these coordinated systems, which offer high availability and economic efficiency.

Municipal Waste Disposal Process:
1. Pretreatment and Coarse Shredding: After entering the single-shaft shredder, the waste is broken down into uniform pieces of 5-10 cm using low-speed, high-torque blades. This eliminates the problem of entanglement of bulky materials and lays the foundation for subsequent fine sorting and forming.
2. Fine Sorting: After shredding, the material undergoes magnetic separation (to recover metals), air separation and drum screening (to separate lightweight plastics from heavy inerts), and eddy current separation (to remove residual non-ferrous metals), retaining high-calorific value components (such as pure plastics, paper-plastic mixtures, and some fibers).
3. RDF/SRF Preparation: The sorted combustible material enters the RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel)/SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) production line, where it is further shredded to 1-5 cm in a fine shredder (such as a single-shaft shredder). Finally, it is compressed into fuel rods (RDF) or, after more rigorous sorting, into high-purity SRF (which can directly replace coal).
4. Application and disposal: RDF/SRF can be used for co-processing in cement kilns, co-firing in thermal power plants or industrial heating, realizing waste-to-energy; non-combustible residues can be landfilled or used as building materials.
