Industrial Waste Disposal Plant
Waste from crafts, services, trade, and public institutions.
Commercial municipal waste (also referred to as commercial waste) refers to municipal waste from non-private households, specifically commercial and industrial waste, as well as waste generated by private and public institutions. This type of waste is similar to household waste due to its nature or composition and must be handled in the same manner.
However, commercial municipal waste also includes other production waste from other sources, such as workshop waste, wipes containing mineral oil, paint cans, or non-infectious waste, leather waste, and metal waste, including shavings from metalworking and metal processing.

Industrial Waste Disposal Process:
1. Pre-Shredding: Industrial waste (such as waste plastics, waste paper, textiles, wood chips, and low-pollution mixed solid waste) is conveyed to a single-shaft shredder (or dual-shaft shredder). Low-speed, high-torque blades (or cutters) shred bulky materials (such as waste board materials, ton bags, and rolled plastic) into medium-sized pieces of 30-50 cm, eliminating entanglement and feeding issues and improving subsequent shredding efficiency.
2. Fine Shredding and Sorting: Medium-sized materials are conveyed via belts to a fine shredder (e.g., single-shaft/double-shaft shredder) for further shredding to 5-10 cm (or down to 1-5 cm, depending on RDF/SRF requirements). Subsequently, magnetic separation (to recover residual metals) and air separation (to separate lightweight plastics/textiles from heavy, inert materials) are performed to retain high-purity combustible components (e.g., pure plastics, fibers, and paper).
3. RDF/SRF Preparation: The sorted combustibles are then compressed into RDF rods (RDF) using an RDF forming machine. Alternatively, they can be made into SRF (solid recovered fuel) that meets industrial combustion standards and can directly replace coal.
